Job Description: Lead Team Member
Production Leads are generally responsible for leading the work of production and/or warehouse team members as well as performing the related tasks associated within the department or function they support.
The Lead assists the Supervisor with ensuring department goals are met by leading and coordinating the activities of team members within the department in a manner consistent with established quality standards and procedures. They collaborate with the Supervisor to see that all team members are properly trained, engaged, receive regular job performance feedback and work safely. Lead team members coach and support Duke's systems, policies, and procedures. Lead team members perform the production related tasks within the department to complete work as needed.
