Delivery Driver

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods to various locations while ensuring timely and safe delivery. This role requires excellent driving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional service. Looking for drivers to use their own personal vehicle preferably an SUV, minivan, transit van , cargo van, and some bigger size cars. Drivers report to work between 6am- 7:30am to load vehicle and deliver until route is complete. Delivery times may vary based on load. Background check and good driving record required. This is a 1099 job.

Duties

• Safely operate delivery vehicles, including manual transmission vehicles, to transport goods to designated locations.
• Load and unload products, ensuring proper handling and care during transit.
• Navigate assigned routes efficiently while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and warehouse staff regarding delivery schedules and any issues that may arise.
• Assist in warehouse operations when necessary, including using pallet jacks for moving inventory.

Skills

• Experience with route driving and knowledge of local roadways is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
• Experience in courier services or moving industries is advantageous.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics processes is beneficial.

Pay: $125.00 - $250.00 per day
