Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a crew in the execution of landscape construction projects.
- Execute tasks related to landscaping, irrigation, paver patios, setting boulders, lighting, water features, stone work, and concrete.
- Read and interpret landscape plans and blueprints.
- Operate equipment efficiently and safely.
- Ensure all projects are completed on time, within scope, and to high-quality standards.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in landscape construction.
- Bilingual preferred.
- Proficient in landscaping and irrigation techniques.
- Skilled in paver patios, setting boulders, lighting, water features, and some stone work.
- Experience with concrete work and equipment operation.
- Deck building experience is a plus.
- A valid driver's license is required.
- Landscape certifications are a plus.
- Strong leadership skills and a positive attitude.
