What are the responsibilities and job description for the Class A Dedicated Western US No Touch 1500-1850/WK Grt Benefits position at Duke T&R?
Class A drivers with 6 months verifiable Class OTR experience run dedicated reefer account in the western five states. Schedule alternates as you will be out one week and then two weeks. Drivers get 48 home time and can have rider and pet. Average weekly pay is $1500-$1850 /WK based on experience and work effort.
- Freight is hook n go from DC delivering to DCs and some stores.
- Drivers will run WA, OR, CA, AZ and NV
- Starting pay is $.60CPM with 6 months experience; at 7 months get a raise to $.61CPM and at 13 months get a raise to $.62CPM and then an annual raise of $.01CPM per year until cap of $.70CPM. Drivers also receive $10/Stop
- Freight is 40% drop n book with rest being live unload.
- Riders and pet welcome from day one.
- In summary this is a dedicated account tat pays $.60-$.70CPM on an average of 2500-3000 miles per week. Driver managers are very flexible with home time

PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT DRIVERS WHO HAVE EVER FAILED OR REFUSED A DOT DRUG OR ALCOHOL TEST ARE NOT ELIGIBLE
Requirements:
- Must be 21 with Valid Class A CDL with 6 months verifiable Class A experience in the last 3 years/.
- Accidents:
o No more than one DOT Preventable accident in the last two years
o No more than 3 incidents in the last three years and can not have more than 3 incidents and accidents together in the last 2 years
o All rear end at fault accidents are a one year DQ
o Major DOT Preventable (jackknife, rollover) must be five years old
- Moving Violations
o No more than 2 in the last 2 years except major moving violations which must be one year old (this applies to personal and commercial)
o Major moving violations are reckless, 15 , handheld, following to close, etc.
o 30MPH over must be 5 years old
- Can not have more than 4 jobs in the last year
- Cannot have been terminated from last job due to safety and can only happen once in the last 5 years.
- NO DUI in the last ten years and never in a commercial vehicle. Can never have failed or refused a DOT drug test
