Title: Coordinator of On-Campus Recruiting-Football

Position Summary

Duke University is seeking a qualified candidate for the Coordinator of On-Campus Recruiting position within the football program. The Coordinator of On-Campus Recruiting will report to the Director of Recruiting Operations and provide oversight for all on-campus recruiting needs.

Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree.
• One year of experience working with on-campus football recruiting.

Essential Functions:

• Unofficial Visits:
  • Front-end communication (questionnaire, itinerary, parking, etc.).
  • Direct communication with position staff.
  • Coordinating with visit host.
• Official Visits:
  • Event set-up (decor, hotel snacks, advancing).
  • Hotel letters.
  • Saturday composite (defensive players only).
• Junior Days & Big Underclassmen Events:
  • Registration operations.
  • Face-sheet.
  • Composite.
• Game Days:
  • Event organization (catering, decor, entertainment).
  • Front-end communication (itinerary, parking, etc.).
  • Student management.
• Personalized Recruiting Plan:
  • Birthdays, good luck, congrats, etc.

Anticipated Pay Range: 

Duke University provides an annual base salary range for this position as USD $43,888.00 to USD $70,300.00. Duke University considers factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills; internal peer equity; as well as market and organizational considerations when extending an offer.
