What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pharmacist Staff position at Dukes Memorial Hospital?
GENERAL SUMMARY: Provides clinical pharmacy services to the hospital staff and patients, to include counseling, in-service education, diabetes training, written and verbal drug information, and dispensing prescription drugs/IVs.
Minimum qualifications:
Education and formal training:
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy Degree require
Experience required:
Prior one to two years of hospital pharmacy experience preferred.
Licensure required:
Must be licensed in the State of Indiana as a Pharmacist.
Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification is required.
