We are looking for a Head Barista who possesses excellent customer service skills. The Head Barista will be responsible for accurately entering in the POS system the customer’s pastry selections, ensure that prices and quantities are accurate, accept payments, issue receipts, answer inquiries, problem solve, communicate between FOH & BOH, and provide helpful information to customers products, promotions, or item location. The Head Barista is also responsible for preparing coffee, tea drinks orders to perfection and Training Team Members to execute following Dulce Dough's standards.
You will also respond to complaints, process refunds or exchanges of items, and maintain a clean workspace.
To succeed as a Head Barista, you should have a strong work ethic and high level of accuracy. You should be responsible, attentive to customer needs, and committed to providing excellent service. In addition, the Head Barista is responsible for placing vendor orders, Training Staff, Holding Staff to Performance Standards, and coordinating seamlessly with the BOH.
Head Barista must not be afraid of hard work in fast paced environment and capable of lifting 50#.
