What are the responsibilities and job description for the Wash Division Leader position at Dultmeier Sales?
Oversee and direct the strategic/tactical efforts of the Wash Market Division (Car/Truck Wash, Pressure-Soft Wash, and Carpet Cleaning) & High Pressure Sales Team to meet respective goals outlined by the Leadership Team.
Essential Functions

- This is a salary position that requires the individual to work a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Work and/or assign sales staff to coordinate and/or work trade shows. 3-5 trade shows annually – based upon historical show attendance.
- Coordinate with other Division Heads/Sales Director to meet overall company goals. i.e. The Industrial Division takes High-Pressure Sales Members to 1-2 trade shows annually.
- Determine Product Margins for High Pressure Supplier Lines to meet company wide business objectives.

Supervisory Responsibilities
Manage the High-Pressure Sales Team
o Coordinate efforts to deliver success of strategic plans and meet divisional goals.
o Approve/Deny time off for Sales Team.
o Responsible for a team of 5-6 salesmen between two locations.
o Hiring/Termination as deemed necessary.
§ Work in conjunction with HR Manager.
Physical Demands
1. The job requires sitting/standing at a desk for extended periods of time.
2. Physical requirements at trade shows of lifting up to 75lbs.
Travel
1. Travel as necessary to meet divisional sales goals.
a. Includes travel to/from trade shows.
b. Includes travel to/from target customer accounts – regional and/or national travel.
Required Education & Experience
1. Sales Management (at least 3 years)
2. Sales Experience (at least 6 years)
3. Associate’s degree or greater
