What are the responsibilities and job description for the Corrections Officer -Part Time Overnight shift position at Duluth Bethel Society?
Bethel Work Release Center is hiring entry-level Corrections Officers for the midnight to 8 am shift. This shift is an awake shift and is 16 to 32 hours per week at $18.00 per hour plus a 25 cent differential pay. Must be reliable and punctual.
Duties include safety and security checks, signing residents in and out of the facility, searches of rooms / property / persons, urinalysis collection for drug testing, medication administration, escorting them to meals, writing incident reports, and handing out sanctions when necessary.
We work directly with the Minnesota Department of Corrections, Federal Probation / Pretrial Services, Arrowhead Regional Corrections, Local Law Enforcement, and Local Jails.
