Starting pay at $22/hr with regular bonuses
We are hiring an Operations Manager to excel at leading our Floor Cleaning and Project Specialist team in the evenings, overnights, and weekends.
General Information:
- Full time position - schedule can be flexible for days during the week and typically runs 9pm - 5am
- We have a generous regular bonus program
- Annual Performance Reviews with raises to follow

Essential duties and Description:
- Directly supervising, coaching, and training team members
- Overnight and weekend availability required
- Manage the floor cleaning duties and special projects at different accounts
- Coordinating floor cleaning at various locations
- Establishing and implementing DCC operations standards
- Maintaining accurate facilities records
- Requires traveling to different accounts to assist in cleaning, inspections, and employee interaction
- Promote and maintain a safe work environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be 21 years of age or older
Qualifications:
- Experience in janitorial supervision or management helpful
- Must be experienced and comfortable with smartphones, tablets, and desktop computers
- Experience in Microsoft Office applications experience (Word, Excel)
- Must pass background screening
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record (Company Vehicle provided)
