Job Summary:
The primary purpose of this position is to perform the day-to-day functions of the Laundry Department such as collecting, sorting, washing, folding, hanging and distributing clean garments to individuals receiving services and restocking linen closets. Also, observing laundry for mending or labeling needs and ensuring an adequate supply of clean linen is on hand at all times to meet the needs of the individuals receiving services.
Job Requirements:
- Must possess, at a minimum, an 8th grade education.
