Summary
We are seeking a Lawn Care Specialist to join our team at Duluth Lawn Care. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the beauty of our clients' lawns and gardens. Your expertise will contribute significantly to our mission of delivering top-notch lawn care services.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine lawn maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, and edging.
- Utilize hand tools and power equipment to maintain lawns and landscapes effectively.
- Implement irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of lawns and gardens.
- Assist with hardscape projects such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
- Provide snow plowing services during winter months as needed.
- Evaluate the health of plants and lawns, recommending treatments as necessary.
Requirements
- Proven experience in groundskeeping or lawn care preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various tools and equipment.
- Familiarity with landscaping techniques and plant care is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills with attention to detail.
