Responsible for the operation of the ISD 709 Windows management systems including Windows updates, software and application deployment and maintenance, OS imaging, as well as procuring hardware system configurations to meet district end user needs. Responsibilities include designing, implementing, and maintaining Windows management system and associated products to support the district curriculum and administrative requirements; leading and coordinating the work of the district technical support staff to provide the highest quality of system reliability, support and services to ISD 709 students and staff; providing assistance to ISD 709 staff with technology problems requiring expert troubleshooting and problem analysis.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (B.S. or B.A.) from a four-year College or University in Computer Science, MIS, Business Technology, or 5 years direct related experience.
- A minimum of 3 years experience as a SCCM administrator or similar Windows OS management system in a company or district comparable in size. Cloud OS and application administration experience with products like Intune, Azure AD or similar is highly desirable.
- Microsoft Systems Certifications
- OS Security Certifications

- Thorough knowledge of Windows OS deployment and management
- Thorough understanding of securing and auditing the Windows OS environment
- Experience managing policies and configurations in Windows Defender for Endpoint or similar anti-malware endpoint protection administration
- Windows Server Update Services or similar
- Experience with Deployment Imaging and Service Management (DISM)
- Experience with Windows System Image Manager
- Knowledge of Powershell and batch files
- Thorough understanding of KMS and MAK licensing environments
- Understanding of command based tools such as diskpart, ipconfig, nslookup, etc.
- Experience with Windows driver management
- Thorough understanding of Active Directory and Group Policy
- Thorough knowledge of NTFS rights Experience with data and security breach research and remediation
- Knowledge of building and maintaining mandatory profiles for the Windows environment
- Understanding of cloud based management tools related to the Windows OS
- Ability to write scripts using one of more of the following
- PowerShell
- Shell scripting (batch files to set permissions)
- Ability to write technical documentation for both end users and technical staff

- Single Coverage - District pays 100% of premium (FREE) contributes $2,612.50 into HRA annually
- Family Coverage - District pays 75% of premium (25% employee contribution) contributes $5,225.00 into HRA annually

- Family Coverage - District pays 25% of Premium
- District provides minimum of $50,000 of life insurance at no cost, employee may purchase supplemental life insurance
