What are the responsibilities and job description for the Evening and Weekend Counter Worker (FT or PT) position at Duluth's Best Bread?
Looking for a weekend evening gig? We need part time counter closers at our bakeries--Superior and downtown!
We're looking at 2 pm to 9 pm Downtown Duluth or 4 pm to 9 pm Superior, Saturdays and Sundays for sure but could include some weekdays if you'd like.
TOTAL pay and benefits comes out to around $20 an hour.
Base pay is $14 an hour.
You also get:
Tip share (it's been around $5/hr)
1 hour paid sick time for every 50 worked ($0.46/hr value)
3% retirement plan match ($0.42/hr if you choose to participate).

You will be doing the following:
Working at the Superior (1418 Tower Avenue) or downtown cafe (120 E Superior St) (additional responsibilities may apply)
*Must be able to close. We close at 8 pm.
*Brew coffee and make drinks
*Take down displays
*Be friendly, take orders at the counter, answer questions
*Pack orders, slice bread
*Monitor cleanliness of seating
*Take down displays, count cash, inventory unsold product
*Clean store (wipe counters, put away product at end of day, wash dishes as necessary, sweep and mop, clean bathroom)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
