What are the responsibilities and job description for the FT Counter Helper (Duluth/Superior) position at Duluth's Best Bread?
We are looking for a full time counter worker!
Looking for availability to work earlier in the day during the week (opening shifts start at 5 am) as well as some Saturday and Sunday availability. This would be divided between our Downtown Duluth and Superior stores.
TOTAL pay and benefits comes out to about $17.88 an hour.
Base pay is $14 an hour.
You also get:
Tip share (about $3/hr)
1 hour paid sick time for every 50 worked ($0.46/hr value)
3% retirement plan match ($0.42/hr if you choose to participate).

You will be doing the following:
*Brew coffee and make drinks
*Be friendly, take orders at the counter, answer questions
*Pack orders, slice bread
*Monitor cleanliness of seating
*Take down displays, count cash, inventory unsold product
*Clean store (wipe counters, put away product at end of day, wash dishes as necessary, sweep and mop, clean bathroom).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
