Work Environment:

The position will be based in our corporate headquarters, near Madison, WI, but it will offer a hybrid work arrangement allowing the flexibility to work a few days a week from home.

What You'll Learn:

• Collaborate with internal partners to execute events, product launches, and other company initiatives
• Lead the tracking and reporting of media coverage and KPIs

• Help prepare press materials, including press releases, media kits, and other communication materials

• Assist with influencer and brand ambassador program, identifying potential partners, and monitoring the performance of current campaigns
• Work with internal creative and external agency partners to manage the execution of earned, paid and organic digital campaigns
• Assist in production of daily promotional emails, including creation of tracking codes and proofing final drafts
• Work closely with web merchandising, marketing, creative and retail teams on asset creation and distribution
• Work with retail and PR leads to support the execution of local market events
• Assist in strategic planning across our earned, paid and owned channels, participate in campaign and quarterly reporting

• Submit and track product requests for media, sponsorships, influencers, and prize packages

• Undertake general administrative and clerical duties

What We’re Looking For: 

• Obtaining a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or similar experience
  • Equivalent work experience would be considered
• Experience in project and/or timeline management
• Experience developing presentations
• Well-organized, able to work with deadlines
• An analytical mind with attention to detail
• Outgoing and confident
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Experience in all Microsoft Office applications
