Certified Nurse Midwife Opportunity for New Birthing Center Opening Fall 2025

Responsibilities : Provide comprehensive women's healthcare services, emphasizing personalized, patient-centered care throughout the reproductive lifecycle. Opportunity to deliver at both local hospital and new birth center. Join and collaborate with a collegial, well-respected team including 1 mid-wife, 6 OB / GYNs, Nurses, Lactation Consultants, and Childbirth Educators. Practice in the new birth center coming in 2025 that offers women a home-like, low intervention, personalized and natural birth environment. Projecting 6 deliveries per month on average at birthing center. Midwives will work 1 : 1 ratio with birthing assistants. Flexible work schedule that can be designed to meet personal and professional needs. Rounding and call schedule to ensure work / life balance. Inpatients cases and deliveries performed at Blessing Hospital. Epic EHR. Strong compensation and benefits package. Qualifications : Master's degree in Nursing with specialized certification as a Nurse Midwife Active RN and CNM licensure in the state Current Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) certification from the American Midwifery Certification Board Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in midwifery Demonstrated experience in prenatal care, labor and delivery, and postpartum care Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong patient advocacy and compassionate care approach Compensation and Benefits : Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits that include healthcare navigation assistance and medical coverage at 100% (after deductible) when utilizing a QMG provider Employer provided life and disability insurance. In addition to the base compensation, this position may also be eligible for a sign-on bonus and relocation bonus equaling a total target cash compensation that may be between $120,000 - $160,000.
