Responsibilities
- The Executive Director of Provider Rewards will assist the VP of Total Rewards and the Physician Compensation Committee in leading the strategy, design, and execution of the company’s provider compensation and benefits programs enabling Duly Health and Care to attract and retain the best provider talent while balancing financial and business objectives (60%)
- Through a creative approach and grounded in data, evolve, implement, and iterate Duly Health and Care provider compensation plans
- Serve as a consultant to senior management and the compensation committee regarding provider compensation policies and issues
- Oversee the build and continued evolution of provider compensation software for real-time transparency into provider productivity and earnings
- Iterate on Duly Health and Care provider compensation programs while driving fairness and compliance in pay practices and policies
- Monitor MGMA external benchmarks and trends to recommend compensation changes and ensure competitiveness in the market
- Develop strategies to drive provider awareness and understanding of compensation and benefits programs
- Develop relationships with administrative and provider leaders and the Talent Acquisition team to assess market opportunities and the potential impact provider rewards can have to positively influence Duly Health and Care growth opportunities
- Assist in annual strategic planning, in partnership with Finance team and the VP of Total Rewards, on company-wide rewards programs and budgets
- Works directly with Finance on modeling the financial impact of proposed changes to provider compensation
- Directs the activity of the Director of Physician Compensation and the Senior Financial Analyst as it relates to provider compensation efforts
- This role will assist in the design, development, implementation, and administration of provider compensation, and equity programs (20%)
- Strategic consultative advisor and designer of provider compensation and equity programs to assure the proper strategic framework design, competitiveness, and legal compliance
- Design explanatory communication materials for provider compensation and equity programs
- Provide effective leadership over the provider compensation team (20%)
- Serves as a leader to build, development, and manage the provider compensation team
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Fincance, Accounting or a related field required.
- 10 years of experience supporting a healthcare system in provider compensation required.
- 3 years of experience managing teams required.
Salary : $146,000 - $200,000
