The South Bend Clinic is seeking passionate, family-oriented / fun loving BC / BE Family Medicine physicians to join our highly reputable physician led and owned multi-specialty group. Whether you’re currently practicing or a new grad, you will have the ability to control & develop your own practice in an autonomous setting.
Highlights of position
- Joining a well-established dept of 21 Family Medicine physicians & their supporting APP’s
- Multiple office location opportunities - suburban and metro
- In-office procedural capabilities plus full lab, imaging and other diagnostics
- Shared call with one of three different call panels in the department
- Large specialty consultation base with allergy, bariatrics, cardiology, dermatology, ENT, general surgery, GI, OBGYN, oncology, ophthalmology, pediatrics, PMR, podiatry, ortho, radiology, rheumatology, urology, sleep medicine, bariatrics
- Teaching opportunities with two family medicine residencies & IU School of Medicine
- 150 quality driven provider group governed by elected Clinical Governance Board
- Joining the largest multi-specialty group in Indiana
Requirements :
Board Certified or Board Eligible - Participation in quality improvement projects
Must be very collegial and friendly with excellent communication skills
Ability to provide high quality patient care
Team oriented, positive, and patient centered

About The South Bend Clinic
In 1916 Dr. Walter Baker, a South Bend surgeon, had the opportunity to tour the nationally known Mayo Clinic, it was the first large multi-specialty group practice of its kind. Dr. Baker was so inspired by what he saw that he immediately returned home and gathered five other specialists together to form a similar group, which became known as The South Bend Clinic. Those six doctors started the clinic that now includes ten campuses and nearly 150 providers, in over twenty specialties. Despite its exponential growth over the past 100 years, The South Bend Clinic stays true to the founders’ purpose of patient-centered, physician-led healthcare. In 2021, the Clinic joined Duly Health and Care based in Chicago, Illinois—the Midwest's largest independent, multi-specialty physician-led medical group.
