Reporting to the Manager of Supply Chain Operations, the Inventory Analyst will:
- Lead the organization and optimization of all inventory data activities related to the implementation and maintenance of systems within Duly. Acts as the primary liaison with Supply Chain, Accounting, and Information Technology on all Procurement/ERP/ Inventory systems.
- Coordinates the use of the inventory systems with the Operational Leaders and other end-users as a tool for enhanced reporting.
- Manages the data collection, analysis, interpretation, integration and reporting processes via D365 (EPR system), vendor inventory management platforms, and other internal business intelligence tools within Duly.
- Develop and deliver training to key stakeholders leading to increased performance effectiveness through data collection.
- Ability to build and maintain complex spreadsheets that pull data from different systems.
- Drive procurement/inventory systems upgrades with Information Technology/Accounting and Finance to resolve system problems effectively and independently.
- Maintains knowledge of current trends and developments in healthcare materials management, procurement, and logistics to enhance professional expertise by attending professional meetings, reading appropriate journals, etc.
- Provides strategic advice and feedback to both operational leaders and supply chain team on how inventory data is gathered and the linkage to financials (from procurement-to-payment-reimbursement).
- Drive recommendations to process and technology through subject matter expertise that enhance inventory levels and reimbursement
- Ability to work independently to gather, compile and explain processes that affect inventory costing. Make recommendations to improve process or technologies to enhance inventory levels and reimbursement.
Education/Experience
- Bachelor's degree is required. An emphasis in Accounting and Inventory Management is preferred.
- 4 years' healthcare inventory or related experience.
- Must have a high level of computer skills and be well versed in the Windows environment, including Outlook, Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint.
- D365 experience is preferred.
- Must be able to delegate and coordinate inventory tasks and functions to both professional and clerical staff.
- Must be able to be to work on a self-directed or independent basis, as well as to work at times as both as a team leader and a team member.
- Must be able to bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds.
Salary : $79,000 - $118,000
