Responsibilities
Answering phone calls
Maintains optimum patient flow by keeping exam rooms occupied with patients for office visits; communicates scheduling delays with colleagues and patients
Triage patient telephone calls and help manage physician in-basket messages per established department guidelines
Organizes and schedules patient appointments
Answers telephones to schedule appointments and takes appropriate patient messages.
Orders supplies to replenish materials used by staff.
Other Duties as Assigned
Processes mail.
Qualifications

Oral Communication : Able to listen, provide direction, relay information in a professional manner that is appropriate to audience and respond to questions within scope of his / her knowledge.

Resilience : Effectively manages stress in a fast-paced setting
Preferred one year experience in a medical setting.
The compensation for this role includes a base pay range of $16.30-24.50 / hour, with the actual pay determined by factors such as skills, experience, education, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package.
