- Collegial, well-respected team of 4 Pediatricians and 1 Advanced Practice Provider.
- Flexible work schedule that can be designed to meet personal and professional needs. Physicians typically work a 4-day workweek plus 1 Saturday per month.
- Primarily outpatient practice; physicians have hospital privileges and round on patients daily.
- Rounding and call schedule to ensure work / life balance. Hospital Call is 1 : 8, plus back-up call for clinic is rotated.
- Extended hour walk-in clinic covered by 3 Advanced Practice Providers.
- Average 18-20 patients on a full day in clinic.
- Office hours are based on physician preferences. Can start clinic as early as 7 a.m. and end as late as 7 p.m.
- Enjoy a strong compensation package greater than the 75
percentile. Many physicians are over the 90
percentile.
