• Partner with Procurement VP and Executive Director of Indirect Procurement to prioritize and manage projects.
• Plan, manage and execute Procurement projects for direct and indirect spend categories across Duly in collaboration with leadership and associated contracted services and vendors.
• Coordinate and lead planning sessions for project development and execution.
• Manage resource needs to maximize potential for successful execution of projects.
• Define project objectives and scope, identifying involvement of internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct risk analysis to reduce unforeseen obstacles and costs.
• Create detailed schedule, project parameters, and budget expectations.
• Conduct periodic scope, schedule, and cost reviews using industry best practices, to identify needed adjustments.
• Measure project performance and progress throughout project execution.
• Manage client stakeholder expectations to maintain productive and engaged relationships.
• Document project activities, obstacles, costs, and results.
• Provide summarized project plan documentation to departmental managers and other stakeholders as needed.
• Collaborate with and lead teams to deliver results on schedule and within budget limits
• Proactively manage project communication including weekly project notes, trackers/progress reports and other documentation as necessary.
• Attend all required calls/meetings/site tours/discussions.
• Manage related service contracts with Procurement and Operations leadership and other functional leaders within Duly.
• Implement communication strategy around changes in operations and other departments.
• Effectively communicate with business partners, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Must be a self-starter, able to work independently, and manage multiple (often competing) priorities.

• Minimal 7 years of project management experience required, preferably in a clinical setting (clinic, pharmacy, infusion, medical office)
• Familiarity with project management programs and processes
• Strong budget management to minimize project cost overruns
• Ability to set and meet project deadlines while maintaining the highest standards
• Excellent quality analysis and control
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to build and train teams, identify the right tasks for each team member, and delegate responsibilities accordingly
• Consistent conflict resolution skills
• Multi-tasking capability to efficiently manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Ability to align with the company's vision and mission

• High school diploma required
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Licensure or certification in relevant field is preferred but not required (LEED, PMP, FMP, CFM, SFM specifically; r Six Sigma)

Trade experience helpful but not required.
