Position Overview:
- Work Hours: Full-Time, Monday – Friday; 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Implement evidence-based practices to reduce medical errors
- Acts as a project manager for quality projects
- Develops and provided education to leadership and staff
- Obtains data, creates reports and trends quality improvement initiatives throughout the organization
- Provides education and support for staff around quality initiatives
- Conducts onsite assessments and education
- Maintains adherence to all local, state, and federal healthcare regulations
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
License / Registration / Certification
CPHQ certification or Certified black belt in quality preferred
Level of Education
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare related field
Years of Experience: Minimum of three to five years Quality Experience preferred, Experience with data analysis required.
