Talent Acquisition Partner
- Full-Time, 40 hours per week.
- Monday- Friday; Hours will vary.
- Hybrid - Must be willing to travel to Downers Grove Corporate Office.

The Talent Acquisition Partner will assist with achieving staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates; interviewing, advising and guiding managers, working with long term staffing planning of organization, maximizes ATS and social media to achieve a pipeline of candidates.
Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs.
- Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; attends job fairs and networking events; maintaining rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
- Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
- Attracts applicants by posting positions; contacting schools/universities, using professional websites and social media and job sites.
- Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
- Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules.
- Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.
- Negotiates offers that are fair and consistent, initiates on boarding process for new hires.
- Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; emphasizing benefits and perks.
- Avoids legal challenges by understanding current legislation; enforcing regulations with managers; recommending new procedures; providing managers with needed information.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
- Accomplishes human resources and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

EDUCATION and / or CERTIFICATION/LICENSURE:

EXPERIENCE:
- 2 years of experience working in talent acquisition.
- Previous experience working with iCIMS preferred.
