Responsibilities
As an APP at Duly, you will get the opportunity to :
- Practice at the top of your license and form trusting relationships working under the direct supervision of your collaborating physician, Dr. Matthew L. Baer, MD, PhD | Duly Health and Care
- Gain increased autonomy and independence in decision making with support from Dr. Baer.
- Impact care delivery and patient satisfaction by having a voice in clinical decisions.
- Develop a 1 : 1 relationship and partnership with Dr. Baer clinical staff members, and management.
- Join a collaborative team and participate in a structured training program including orientation, shadowing, and onboarding.
- Complete patient examinations and treatment, order diagnostic and therapeutic modalities, prescribe medication, provide patient and family education, and complete documentation.
