DUMÉ Law Group is a leading provider of immigration law services. We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Associate Immigration Law Attorney to join our team.
This role offers the opportunity to make an impact by helping individuals navigate complex immigration challenges, collaborate with experienced attorneys, and grow professionally through hands-on experience in immigration litigation, client advocacy, and case strategy.
The successful candidate will be able to mentor junior attorneys and contribute to overall litigation strategy as the firm continues to grow. We are looking for an attorney with a Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school, admission to the New Jersey Bar, and minimum 5 years of experience practicing immigration law. Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
- Prepare clients for individual hearings and represent them before the Immigration Court (EOIR).
- Represent clients at master calendar hearings.
- Apear with clients at adjustment of status hearings and asylum interviews.
