What You’ll Do as a Licensed Vocational Nurse / House Manager :
- Lead and Inspire : Oversee the daily operations of your assigned living space while guiding and supporting direct support staff.
- Empower Residents : Implement and manage individual service plans, ensuring that each resident’s needs are met while actively engaging them in their daily activities to promote independence and self-sufficiency.
- Model Respectful Care teach and demonstrate the importance of treating all clients with dignity, helping them feel valued in their everyday lives.
- Assist in Essential Skills : Provide support with personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing to foster self-care abilities.
- Medical Support : Perform all medical procedures within your scope that direct care staff can't, attend client health appointments, conduct daily medication audits, and assist with medication refills.
