Join our excellent Team for another awesome summer as the head of our Back of House department!
Ideal candidates will have multiple years of experience in restaurant settings as well as management or leadership experience.
Responsibilities include :
- Weekly ordering and inventories
- Prep planning and execution working with General Manager
- Quality control of prepared dishes
- Design short-term special items
- Train new employees and maintain knowledge level amongst staff
