21 per hour, 25$ per hour avg with non-cash tips
35-40 hours per week
Fridays thru Tuesdays

Ideal candidates will have multiple years of experience in restaurant settings as well as management or leadership experience.
Responsibilities include :
- Weekly ordering and inventories
- Prep planning and execution working with General Manager
- Quality control of prepared dishes
- Design short-term special items
- Train new employees and maintain knowledge level amongst staff
