The Field Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily field operations, including the coordination of equipment and personnel to ensure jobs are executed efficiently and the expectations of the customer and the company are met.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervise field operations to ensure adherence to company cultural standards and safety requirements
- Provide day to day leadership and direction to ensure jobs are adequately staffed and supplied
- Ensure field tickets are properly completed and submitted
- Respond and provide timely solutions to field issues
- Build relationships with customers through open, effective communication and regular presence in the field
- Conduct truck inspections to ensure proper care of equipment
- Train, mentor and regularly evaluate field personnel to ensure alignment with performance expectations
- Perform additional duties as required to support the Area Manager
Qualifications
- 3 years supervisory experience, preferably in oilfield operations
- Strong working knowledge of oilfield trucking operations
- Knowledge of DOT rules and regulations
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with teams and customers
- Must be available for evening, weekend and holiday work as needed; limited overnight travel may be required
- Must reside within 30 miles of Stanton, Texas
- Must hold valid Class C driver license
- Ability to read, write and speak English
