We are seeking a caring and dedicated Childcare Teacher to join our team. This individual will be an aid in the classrooms as well as step in for breaks, and will close a classroom each day. This individual should have experience in infant care and safe sleep practices.
Our Teachers provide a nurturing and educational environment for young children while using Biblical principals in our daily curriculum.
The ideal candidate will have experience in classroom management, OKDHS childcare standards, lesson planning, curriculum development, and have a passion for teaching children and following our Christian values.
Duties:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
- Provide care and supervision to children in a childcare setting
- Create a safe and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow
- Monitor and assess children's progress and behavior
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure the well-being of all children
- Implement and uphold our Biblical practices
- Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's development
Experience:
- Previous experience working with children in a childcare or classroom setting
- Knowledge of literacy education and early childhood development principles
- Familiarity with child welfare practices and regulations
- Ability to engage children in educational activities while fostering creativity and social skills

Dunamis Generation childcare Center is a faith-based, Christ-centered early learning environment. We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Master Teacher to join our team. As a Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging learning environment for students and building positive relationships with families and co-workers. You will develop and implement lesson plans, manage classroom behavior, and provide educational support to students.
Duties:
- Plan and deliver lessons that align with curriculum standards
- Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment
- Manage classroom behavior and promote positive student interactions
- Assess student progress and provide feedback on their performance
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to support student development
- Utilize effective teaching strategies to engage students in the learning process
- Adapt instructional materials to meet the needs of diverse learners
- Incorporate technology into lessons to enhance student learning
- Foster a love of learning and encourage students to reach their full potential
Qualifications:
- CDA or "Master Teacher" equivilant (preferred)
- PDL 5 (preferred)
- Experience working with children in a classroom setting (required)
- Knowledge of child development principles and educational theories
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues
- Ability to create and implement engaging lesson plans
- Proficient in classroom management techniques and behavior management strategies
- Knowledge of curriculum development and instructional design principles
- Familiarity with special education practices and accommodations
Hours:
This position is a full time position, Monday thru Friday. The typical hours are 9:00am - 6:00pm, however, this can change based on company and ration needs. Applicant must have ability to be flexible in scheduling.
