About the Role

As a Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for monitoring financial reports, implementing corrective action as required, and promoting a culture of engagement and compassion within the nursing center.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze nursing center financial reports to identify areas for improvement
• Implement corrective action plans to address financial challenges
• Lead and direct department heads to achieve operational excellence
• Promote the nursing center in the community to maintain positive public relations
• Create an environment that supports employee growth and development

Requirements

• Licensed according to state regulations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Thorough knowledge of administrative management techniques and supervisory practices
• Working knowledge of government regulations impacting long-term care facilities
