Our ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) services are designed to support individuals with developmental and behavioral challenges, helping them thrive in their home, school, and community settings. We are looking for an experienced, dedicated, and dynamic Clinical Director to lead and enhance the quality of our IBHS-ABA program.


Job Summary:

The IBHS-ABA Clinical Director will oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the ABA services within the IBHS program. The ideal candidate will be a licensed and experienced clinical professional with expertise in ABA, strong leadership skills, and a passion for providing high-quality, evidence-based services. In this role, you will supervise a team of clinicians, ensure program compliance with state regulations, and drive the development of individualized treatment plans for clients. This position provides an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of individuals and families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), behavior therapists, and other clinical staff.
  • Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans for clients, ensuring they meet the highest clinical standards.
  • Provide ongoing clinical supervision to IBHS Staff and BCBAs and staff, ensuring quality implementation of ABA interventions.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (including Case Managers, Psychologists, and social workers) to create integrated treatment plans.
  • Monitor client progress, adjust treatment strategies as necessary, and provide recommendations for program modifications.
  • Ensure that services are delivered in compliance with all regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations of clients’ behavioral needs and formulate appropriate treatment goals.
  • Maintain strong communication with families and guardians, providing guidance and support to promote the successful implementation of treatment plans.
  • Provide crisis intervention and management when necessary.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain training programs for staff to ensure they remain up-to-date on best practices in ABA therapy.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of accurate client documentation and treatment reports.
  • Ensure appropriate resource allocation, managing both staff and client caseloads to maintain quality service delivery.
  • Participate in program development, policy review, and organizational meetings.
  • Promote an environment of continuous improvement and foster a culture of collaboration and professionalism within the ABA team.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
  • Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential preferred
  • At least 3 years of experience working in ABA therapy, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • In-depth knowledge of ABA principles, techniques, and interventions.
  • Strong understanding of the regulations governing IBHS services in Pennsylvania.
  • Proven experience in clinical supervision and staff development.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to assess client needs and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
  • Strong problem-solving and crisis management abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Experience working with children and adolescents with autism and/or developmental disorders.
  • Experience working within IBHS or other similar programs.
  • Fluency in a second language (Spanish, etc.) is a plus.
  • Experience in program development and quality improvement.
  • Experience with outcome measurement tools and data-driven decision-making.

Salary : $78,000 - $105,000
