We are seeking a dedicated Guard to join our team at Dunc Pro. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment, monitoring premises through surveillance systems, and implementing loss prevention strategies. Your contributions will be vital in safeguarding our clients' interests.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security.
- Utilize CCTV systems to observe and report any suspicious activities.
- Implement loss prevention techniques to minimize theft and damage.
- Respond promptly to alarms and emergencies, providing assistance as needed.
- Conduct regular inspections of property to identify potential security risks.
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations.
- Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary to handle incidents effectively.
Requirements
- Proven experience in security or law enforcement preferred.
- Strong understanding of surveillance techniques and loss prevention strategies.
- Excellent conflict management skills to handle challenging situations calmly.
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
