Responsibilities
- Monitor premises through CCTV and physical patrols to ensure safety and security.
- Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and damage.
- Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies, providing first aid or CPR when necessary.
- Manage conflicts effectively, de-escalating situations as needed.
- Conduct regular inspections of property to identify potential security risks.
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities and incidents for reporting purposes.
- Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary to address security concerns.
- Provide excellent customer service while enforcing company policies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in loss prevention or security roles.
- Strong knowledge of CCTV systems and surveillance techniques.
- Excellent conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- First aid and CPR certification is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with law enforcement procedures is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in various environments.
