Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Bankruptcy Paralegal position at Duncan Law, LLP. The Bankruptcy Paralegal will be responsible for preparing Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy paperwork, assisting clients via phone and email, preparing motions, interacting with the Court, and reviewing client paperwork. The position requires superior customer service skills, attention to detail, computer proficiency (particularly in Microsoft Office applications), a team player mentality, the ability to manage multiple responsibilities and deadlines, and a willingness to learn.
Qualifications
- Minimum education : Bachelor's Degree
- Customer service experience
- Superior written and oral communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Paralegal certificate a plus, but not required
- Must be available 8am to 5pm ET, Monday through Friday
