Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Total Nursing Care
Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive nursing care to a diverse patient population, including infants, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. In this role, you will assess patients, formulate nursing diagnoses, develop patient care plans, and offer leadership by collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to maintain professional nursing standards in the clinical setting. Your contributions will ensure high-quality care delivery for a variety of patient needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform patient assessments and establish nursing diagnoses.
- Develop and implement patient care plans based on individual needs.
- Provide leadership by working collaboratively with nursing staff and interdisciplinary teams.
- Maintain professional nursing practices in the clinical setting.
- Deliver care to a wide range of patients, including infants, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.
Submission Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience – Required
- Availability to work some holidays during the assignment
- Recent travel nursing experience – Highly Preferred
- Ability to obtain NIH certification after offer
Profile Requirements:
- Work History
- Skills Checklist (current within the last year, relevant to the specialty)
- Two (2) Supervisory Reference Forms (completed within the last two years)
- Licensure & Certifications (OK State License or Compact License & BLS – AHA, NIH, ACLS – AHA Preferred)
- Permanent Address (Local candidates may be considered at a reduced rate)
Certification Requirements:
- BLS (AHA) – Required
- NIH – Required
- ACLS (AHA) – Preferred
State License Requirements:
- Oklahoma State License – Required
- Compact License – Accepted
