We're Hiring: Full & Part-Time Relationship Bankers
We're a friendly team looking for some new folks to join us as Relationship Bankers—both full-time and part-time. For part-time roles, we do ask for a minimum of 20 hours a week and the ability to help out with closing shifts at our Dundee location.
Everyone on our retail team takes turns working on Saturdays, and occasionally, you might be asked to work at a different location.

- In-depth understanding of our retail bank products to foster robust customer relationships.
- Active participation in community and networking events, championing local initiatives.
- Skillfully assessing customers’ financial needs and tailoring product recommendations to fulfill those needs.
- Initiating new accounts and managing account maintenance.
- Efficiently processing transactions, ensuring accuracy and speed.
- Taking charge of projects and diverse assignments handed down by management.
- A track record of thriving in collaborative settings.
- The knack for forging genuine connections within professional environments.
- A strong work ethic coupled with reliability and punctuality.
- Exceptional organizational skills, adept at multitasking and prioritizing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- 1 year(s) of prior bank experience OR
- 2-year(s) customer-centric experience OR
- A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in a related field
