If you enjoy cooking delicious meals and providing great service in an outdoor environment, this is the role for you!
What You’ll Do
As an Outside Grill Cook, you’ll:
• Prepare and cook all menu items according to recipe guidelines.
• Ensure food is prepped, grilled, and served to high-quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized grilling station.
• Label, date, and store food products properly.
• Operate the grill safely and perform routine maintenance.
• Handle food sales transactions and provide friendly customer service.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist with inventory, stocking, and ordering supplies as needed.
Who You Are
You’re a reliable team player with:
• A passion for cooking and providing excellent service.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor setting.
• Strong attention to detail and food safety practices.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• The ability to obtain a Food Handler certification within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum age 16 requirement.
Schedule
• Part-time, seasonal position (April–October, weather dependent).
• 2-3 days per week, 6-8 hours per shift.
• Weekends and holidays required as needed.
