- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person visits when needed.
- Accurately process customer orders, changes, and requests with attention to detail.
- Address inquiries about products, pricing, and delivery schedules with professionalism and warmth.
- Collaborate with the sales and warehouse teams to ensure timely and correct deliveries.
- Maintain and update customer accounts, tracking interactions and keeping records of all communications.
- Resolve complaints and find creative solutions to keep customers satisfied and loyal.
- Embrace the culture and help bring a bit of fun into the day-to-day work environment—whether that’s joining in on a prank or attending team events.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, ideally in a sales support or call center environment.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and think quickly.
- Comfortable working with office software like Microsoft Word, Excel, and our order-processing systems.
- Must be a people-person with a sense of humor and a team-player mindset.
