What are the responsibilities and job description for the Restructuring and Distressed - VP/Director/Senior Director position at Dundon Advisers LLC?
We are 40 staff institutional finance firm focused on corporate restructuring, illiquid distressed investing, and debt private placements. We are national leaders in advice to Chapter 11 creditor committees and litigation creditors, and participate notably in many other restructuring, credit and leveraged finance verticals. We are based in White Plains, New York with additional presence in West Palm Beach and Shanghai.
We are currently seeking an industry professional to join us at the VP (Associate Director in our rank table), Director or Senior Director level, depending upon experience.
DIRECTORS at Dundon Advisers work both as supervisors of analysts and as high-level individual contributors in the marketing and execution of engagements of all sorts in the firm, but can expect to spend most of their time in our restructuring vertical. Candidates should have a bachelors degree and either (a) an MBA, JD or CFA and at least three years of progressively responsible restructuring experience or (b) a bachelor degree and at least five years of progressively responsible restructuring experience.
The Associate Director and Senior Director positions vary by the required experience (less and more, respectively) and in the case of Senior Director the ability to be the day-to-day manager of proposals and client engagements under the general supervision of a managing director or principal.
These are in-office positions in White Plains, New York, a short walk from the Metro-North Train to/from Grand Central Terminal in Manhattan. All positions offer a competitive base salary, performance-based bonus, health care benefits with an employee pre-tax contribution to premium, 401k with match, and paid time off.
Salary : $120,000 - $192,000
