Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Product Manager to join our team at Dune Security, the pioneer of User Adaptive Risk Management solutions. In this critical role, you will drive the strategic direction, development, and delivery of our cybersecurity SaaS products. Leveraging your deep technical expertise and strategic mindset, you will ensure our solutions meet the evolving needs of enterprise customers while delivering measurable business impact. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will be at the forefront of shaping innovative products that redefine how organizations manage human risk.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Product Leadership
- Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and customer needs.
- Act as the voice of the customer by conducting market research, analyzing user feedback, and staying ahead of industry trends to identify new opportunities.
- Lead the development of detailed product requirements and success criteria for high-impact initiatives.
End-to-End Product Ownership
- Own the full product lifecycle, from ideation and design to development, launch, and continuous optimization.
- Manage a prioritized product backlog, balancing technical feasibility with business impact, customer value, and market dynamics.
- Oversee the successful delivery of new features and improvements, ensuring scalability, quality, and on-time releases.
Data-Driven Decision-Making
- Define, track, and analyze key product metrics, including KPIs such as NPS, customer retention, and feature adoption.
- Partner with data science teams to incorporate predictive analytics and drive insights that inform strategic decisions.
- Design and execute A/B testing and experimentation frameworks to validate hypotheses and optimize the user experience.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with engineering, R&D, and design teams to ensure technical alignment and seamless product execution.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to define go-to-market strategies, competitive positioning, and customer onboarding initiatives.
- Foster strong relationships with enterprise customers to ensure their feedback directly informs product development.
Innovation and Continuous Improvement
- Champion a culture of innovation by continuously researching emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in cybersecurity and SaaS.
- Drive post-launch optimizations based on performance metrics, user feedback, and market demands.
Qualifications
Experience
- 5 years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in within SaaS or cybersecurity organizations.
- Proven track record of managing complex product lifecycles and launching enterprise-grade solutions.
- Demonstrated success in driving growth and adoption of SaaS products in competitive markets.
Technical Expertise
- Advanced understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP), Kubernetes, and DevOps practices.
- Strong familiarity with cybersecurity concepts, including threat vectors, compliance frameworks (SOC 2, NIST, ISO27001), and enterprise security tools.
- Hands-on experience with data analytics, A/B testing, and dashboarding tools to measure and communicate product performance.
Leadership and Collaboration
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership.
- Experience mentoring junior product managers and fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Customer-Centric Mindset
- Deep empathy for customer challenges and the ability to translate feedback into impactful product solutions.
