The Guest Services Representative is responsible for generating the highest possible sales for vacation rental owners while managing the front desk operations. Core tasks include, but are not limited to, email and phone management, reservation management, payment collection, and policy enforcement. The right candidate will also, with training, familiarize themself with our vacation rental software to run and monitor appropriate reports that contribute to the organization of our operation. Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to email and phone inquiries in a timely manner
- Achieve sales targets by finalizing potential bookings
- Enforce policies stated in the vacation rental agreement
- Collect and process payments
- Assist with general office duties
- Assist guests with arrival and departure
- Run and cross reference daily reports contributing to the organization of the operation
- Strong time management and order of operation skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of personnel
Availability to start either ASAP or relatively soon.
Full-time, 9-5 hourly position. Saturday availability required (not every Saturday).
