Duties And Responsibilities Include
17 - 19 USD per hour(Imm/Call Center Office)

Duties And Responsibilities Include
- Collecting Balances
- Negotiating payment plans
- Collecting payments via credit card or direct debit via phone.
- Logging every contact attempt and the outcome of the contact.
- Updating system when debts are satisfied.
- Review all applicable rules and practice standards to ensure compliance.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) is preferred but not required.
- 1 year of sales, customer service or telemarketing experience is preferred but not required.
- Previous debt collection experience is preferred but not required.
