Job Title : Senior Estimator – General Contractor
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Estimator to join our growing team. The successful candidate will work closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients to analyze project information, review plans and specifications, and develop detailed cost estimates. You will also be responsible for reviewing bids with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers, and verifying scope and quantity.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare and analyze cost estimates for various construction projects.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and stakeholders to gather and review project information.
- Analyze plans, specifications, and proposals to develop comprehensive estimates.
- Review bids with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers, ensuring scope and quantity alignment.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to secure competitive pricing.
- Present cost breakdowns and recommendations to internal teams and project stakeholders.
- Assess risk factors and propose cost-saving alternatives.
