Position : Logistics Analyst- This position is to support the VA!
Location : Remote (United States) – Eastern Time working hours.
Position Duration : 10 months
What You’ll Do :
- Provide IT hardware (HW) and software (SW) asset logistics lifecycle support, including inventory management, shipping, receiving, tagging, tracking, and deployment.
- Document procurement packages, vendor information, asset specifications, cost details, and package delivery agreements.
- Maintain a logistics database to track hardware and software logistics, collaborating with team members for a consolidated asset view.
- Conduct package inventory management, physical accountability checks, and monthly critical priority incident reporting.
- Work closely with the Analytics Lead on the Asset and Account Control Center Dashboard (Power BI) and Quarterly KPI Report.
- Partner with team members for asset procurement, cost management, and forecasting future logistics demands.
- Coordinate escalation paths and collaborate on asset specifications and dependencies to maintain baseline operations.
- Ensure compliance with asset logistics regulations and respond to data calls.
- Work with the ESOM Contract Business Operations team for IT asset management and logistics planning.
- Identify performance issues and risks in logistics plans and propose alternative mitigation strategies.
- Monitor incidents, service tickets, asset tracking, and problem management to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
