What are the responsibilities and job description for the Crew Member position at Dunkin’ and Baskin Robbins?
Duties:
- Creating various types of drinks such as hot, iced, and frozen.
- Scooping icecream and bagging donuts
- Sanitizing tables, chairs, and other surfaces regularly
- Assisting with food preparation for sandwiches and dishwashing
- Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction taking orders
- Operating cash registers and handling transactions accurately
- Stocking shelves and maintaining inventory levels
- Following all safety and sanitation guidelines
Skills:
- Knowledge of basic math for handling cash transactions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team
This position requires a high level of physical stamina, as it involves standing for long periods of time and lifting heavy objects. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
