What You’ll Do as a Manager in Training
As a Manager in Training, you’ll refine your leadership skills and build on your existing experience while preparing for the role of General Manager. You’ll work closely with our leadership team to:
- Master daily operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Deliver exceptional guest service while maintaining a positive environment
- Assist in hiring, training, and developing team members
- Manage food safety, cleanliness, and compliance standards
- Support inventory control, scheduling, and financial management
- Lead by example to inspire your team and drive results
Who You Are
We’re seeking candidates with prior experience who are ready to grow and lead. You’re a great fit if you have:
- Experience: At least 1-2 years in a supervisory or team leadership role in the foodservice, retail, or QSR industry
- Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
- Ambition: A desire to grow into a leadership position
- Availability: Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
- Transportation: A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
