Regional Supervisor - A Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Regional Supervisor to join our team and lead the operations and growth of our Dunkin'/Baskin-Robbins locations in Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Michigan.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Oversee the operations, safety, and growth of a region of 5-8 restaurants.
- Coach and mentor Restaurant Managers to optimize restaurant operations, financials, staffing, and compliance.
- Must have at least 3 years of specific Retail, Restaurant, or Hospitality Management Experience.
- Must have a strong understanding of company financials and ability to influence positive change in performance metrics.
