Baskin Captain will consistently deliver solid saless and service results. he captain's highest priorities will be theering a superior customer experience and exceptional product standards. The successful candidate will ensure that the equipment is well-maintained, inventory is accurate, team members are on task, and the the dipping cabinet and sundae bar are clean, organized, and well-stocked. Th captain will partner with the manager and other leaders to keep the work environment safe and compliant with relevant laws and regulations and Baskin standards.
Responsibilities and Duties
- -Complete performance checks of other employees
- -Oversee completion of Baskin's daily tasks
- -Train new hires and coach experienced staff members
- -Provide a timely and accurate count every week of all Baskin product
- -Properly log waste of expired cakes, ice cream, and corresponding paper product
- -Send a detailed log of ice cream backstock every week
- -Order ice cream according to pars and budget
- -Set customer service and suggestive selling for all employees
- -Maintain the dipping cabinet
- -Maintain small appliances
